“It starts on the family farm and ranch,” emphasized Certified Angus Beef Chef Michael Ollier as he looked out on the crowd of young cattle producers, their parents and advisors, during the orientation meeting for the All-American Certified Angus Beef® Cook-Off contest. The annual event, now in its 43rd year, has become one of the most beloved contests of the National Junior Angus Show (NJAS), held this year in Louisville, Kentucky, July 13 – 18.
